“It feels like an Assembly version of Groundhog Day. Session was supposed to conclude on June 8, but keeps dragging on in the Assembly, weeks after the Senate has concluded its work.

“None of the bills we are taking up are real emergencies—they can easily wait until we come back in January instead of using taxpayer dollars to bring the Assembly back to Albany for two more days.”
