Southern Tier Lawmakers Welcome Steuben County Soil And Water Conservation Officials To The NYS Assembly

Southern Tier Lawmakers, Assemblymen Phil Palmesano (R,C,I-Corning), Joseph M. Giglio (R,I,C-Gowanda) and Bill Nojay (R,I-Pittsford) welcomed Steuben County Soil and Water Conservation District Manager Jeff Parker and Board of Directors member Dan Farrand, who is also a Steuben County Legislator, to the Assembly Chamber. Mr. Parker and Mr. Farrand were at the Capitol for a meeting of the New York Soil and Water Conservation Committee.
"Our county Soil and Water Conservation Districts are incredible assets and do tremendous jobs partnering with our localities to implement strategies that help protect our many natural resources," said the lawmakers in a joint statement.
