Friend, Palmesano Welcome Area Families to the Capitol
Assemblymen Chris Friend and Phil Palmesano (R,C,I-Corning) were pleased to welcome the Pawlak and Orcutt families to the Capitol. The families were visiting Albany on behalf of Loving Education At Home (LEAH), an organization that supports Christian families who homeschool their children. The Orcutts are Palmesano’s constituents, and hail from Corning. Assemblyman Christopher S. Friend (R,C,I-Big Flats) represents the Pawlaks, and they are Big Flats residents.
“We were pleased to meet with these dedicated advocates at the Capitol,” said the legislators. “These parents are intent on meeting their children’s educational needs, and we admire their commitment to faith, family and promoting sound values. We hope they will return to Albany,” they said.
