“Becoming a father was one of the most life-changing moments I have ever experienced. It is the toughest but most rewarding job I’ve ever had, as I have been able to watch my two sons grow into fine young men of whom I am so proud. Being a father means not only teaching your children, but learning from them too as we grow right alongside each other.”

“As a father you have the role of being your child’s protector, something I feel I have not only done with my own children but also with the children of New York, as the safety of children and families is one of my top priorities as a member of the Assembly. I strive to be an inspiration to all fathers, as many of them, especially my own, inspire me every day. We must work together to ensure our children become the best they can be, and that means learning from and supporting other fathers. Happy Father’s Day and thank you to all the fathers out there working hard to raise strong, independent and caring young men and women.”
