Governor Hochul Announces Additional Testing Site at SUNY Farmingdale

GLEN COVE, NEW YORK – Assemblymember Charles Lavine is expressing his appreciation for Governor Kathy Hochul’s announcement today that SUNY Farmingdale is among 10 additional SUNY campus-based COVID-19 test sites.

“I am very pleased that in addition to all the aggressive action she is taking in response to the recent increase in COVID cases caused by the omicron variant, Governor Hochul is recognizing the urgent need for more convenient testing options for Long Islanders with the decision to open this site,” said Lavine.

The Farmingdale testing site will open this Thursday, January 13th at the location below and provide appointment-based and walk-in COVID-19 testing Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
