Assemblyman Scott Bendett (R,C-Sand Lake) hosted a school supply drive from Friday, Aug. 4 through Thursday, Aug. 31 at the Arvilla E. Diver Memorial Library in Schaghticoke, the Kinderhook Memorial Library in Kinderhook and the Bethlehem Public Library in Delmar. Residents donated new school supplies for grades K-12 to be provided to our local PTAs for students who need them.

“I am very proud so many people donated to our school supply drive this past month,” said Bendett. “As parents, we want our children to have access to the books, writing utensils and everything else needed to excel this school year. I wish all of our students the best of luck as they kick off the new year and thank you to everyone who donated!”
