Pheffer Amato Re-Locates District Office for Residents of Howard Beach, Hamilton Beach, Lindenwood, and Ozone Park
Queens, NY – New York State Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato had a successful grand opening of her recently relocated second district office on Sunday, December 17. The office, which was previously located on Cross Bay Blvd., was moved to 159-53 102nd Street in Howard Beach which was the former location of State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr.’s longtime office.
“The people of Howard Beach, Hamilton Beach, Lindenwood and Ozone Park deserve the absolute best, and that’s what my office is continuing to offer them in our new space,” said Assemblywoman Pheffer Amato. Since taking office in 2017, the Assemblywoman maintained an office in Howard Beach, but over the past few years the amount of constituent visits and cases increased, and a larger office was needed.
On Sunday, constituents, local small business owners, and union leaders came to say hello and join in the festivities. The opening included the official “key exchange” as Senator Addabbo presented Assemblywoman Pheffer Amato with a key to her new office, symbolically transferring the office to her. Senator Addabbo congratulated the Assemblywoman by “...taking the helm at her new office which was my old office in the City Council and NYS Senate for 20 years. Her dedication to our community is unwavering, and I have no doubt that she will continue to serve with distinction and make a lasting impact.”
The office will officially open on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, and will be open every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am-5pm. The office can be reached at 718-641-8755.
