Pheffer Amato Works to Declare January 27 “International Holocaust Remembrance Day” in the State of New York

Queens, NY – New York State Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato spoke on a resolution in the New York State Assembly to declare January 27 “International Holocaust Remembrance Day” in the State of New York. During her comments, the Assemblywoman commemorated the 6 million Jews that were murdered during the Holocaust and paid tribute to their memory. “It is our responsibility to never let hate go unchecked, and most importantly, that we never forget. May their memories forever be a blessing,” said Pheffer Amato.
