Far Rockaway, Queens – Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D-Far Rockaway) attended an “End the Violence” rally this past weekend in Far Rockaway, Queens. The march was organized by Senator James Sanders and the Child Care Center of NY as a response to two teenagers being murdered by gun violence. Pheffer Amato, a life-long resident of Far Rockaway, spoke of the importance of providing guidance and education for children starting at a young age and working actively to prevent senseless violence among teens.
