This past Sunday, March 11th, Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D-Broad Channel) was honored to provide corned beef for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at the Veterans of Foreign Wars post #260 in Broad Channel. This year the lunch served over seventy veterans from the St. Albans Veterans’ Affair Center.

“I want to thank the St. Albans VA, the Broad Channel VFW, Stop & Shop and all who volunteered on Sunday to continue to make this event an annual success!” Pheffer Amato said. “We owe these brave men and women everything and I am so honored to be a part of this community who always finds a way to give back.”
