South Queens, New York- This past week Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D-South Queens) dispersed 20 turkeys graciously donated by Western Beef to multiple community groups and organizations for those in need. Organizations including (but not limited to): Beach 41^st Street Community Center, Brookdale Village JASA Center, Rockaway Park JASA, Evelyn and Louis A. Green JASA Center, Catholic Charities and numerous other local organizations. Pheffer Amato was joined by Deputy Inspector Tavalaro and Officers from the 101 precinct to provide turkeys to the Beach 41^st Street Community Center, and both JASA’s in Far Rockaway.  

“Thanksgiving is a great time to give back to our community,” said Pheffer Amato. “I am grateful for the chance to represent this beautiful district and to have the opportunity to give help to our local families. Thank you to Western Beef for their generosity, I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!”
