Rockaway Beach, Queens – This past Wednesday, Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D-Rockaway Beach), installed the new officers of the NYPD 100^th Precinct Community Council. Pheffer Amato swore in Kathleen Heavey as President, Andy McGee as Vice President, and Jean Daouphars as Corresponding Secretary.
