Rockaway Beach, New York – This past Saturday, Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D-Rockaway Beach) spoke at the annual Queens County American Legion Legislative Breakfast held at the Knights of Columbus in Rockaway Beach. Pheffer Amato recapped the NYS Assembly Veterans’ Affairs Committee’s achievements supporting veterans in the 2019 legislative session, and spoke about her priorities for the 2020 session.

“I had the great honor of joining my colleagues at the Queens County American Legion Legislative Breakfast. I am so proud to fight for our veterans in Albany,” Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D-Rockaway Beach) said. “Since taking office, Veterans have always been a top priority and I am grateful to Assembly leadership for allowing many of my bills to pass through the Chambers that seek to assist these brave men and women. There is no service in this world that is more fulfilling than working with the men and woman who have served our nation in uniform!”
