Far Rockaway, New York – On December 19^th at the Mott Avenue A-Train Terminal Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D- Far Rockaway), MTA New York City Transit President Andy Byford, and Group Station Manager Michael Chiaramonte met with commuters during their morning rush hour commute. Pheffer Amato had requested that President Byford
