Request Form for Community Engagement/Meeting/Event Sponsorship with Assembly Member Khaleel Anderson This form is designed for requesting Assembly Member Khaleel Anderson's participation in events, sponsorship support for your event or attendance to a meeting. Upon submission, a staff member will contact you to gather additional details regarding your request and to formally schedule the meeting within three to five business days. While we appreciate your suggested meeting times and dates, please note that the office reserves the right to deny any requests and may need to reschedule to accommodate the availability of staff or the Assembly Member. Explaining the process: Note: While the Assembly Member would love to support every event, meeting request, project idea, it may not always be feasible. The purpose of this form is to streamline requests and ensure that his office can actively and effectively respond to your needs and concerns. Please follow the process below to ensure this goal can be met for the benefit of all parties: Please complete all fields in the form below and be as detailed as possible. A member from my team will respond within three to five business days (excluding holidays). Once a team member reaches out, you will first be scheduled to meet with the Chief of Staff for screening. If needed, you will then meet with the Assembly Member. Both meetings will not happen on the same day. Please refrain from suggesting a meeting date or time within the same week of its occurrence. For example, if the request is submitted on Tuesday, avoid suggesting a meeting on Friday of that same week. If your request is time-sensitive, please indicate so in the form along with your reasoning. Completion of this form DOES NOT guarantee a meeting with the Assembly Member. Additional Notes: All requests must follow our internal office procedures outlined above, including an initial meeting with a senior staffer or the Chief of Staff.
